Paradise in Greece :-)

Vacation?More like paradise :-) What a wonderful vacation in Greece,on the island Thassos.Five days of comfort and beauty,what I was waiting this whole wild year. It was a family vacation,so I didn't go to night clubs,but I don't mind 'cause I was needing this :-) The trip to Thassos was kind of bummpy and it took too long to come to there,but it paid of, I had a great time as you can see from my photos. The beauty,the nature it's just breathtaking. The place I visited was Potamia,near Golden beach. There wasn't a lot of people,which I like because it wasn't crowded. The people in Potamia were very nice and friendly,helping with whatever you needed. The water was fantastic! Clear,but warm,that gives you an opportunity to swim whenever you want without having to get use to the water for a long time. There were even waves! Big waves in splashing on the beach moving you from your spot in the water like you were a feather 😃 I absolutely loved it! Their walking area to the community centre was beautiful,right beside the beach so while you walk you see the water so calm and nobody in the water. It's just beautiful. At the end of that sidewalk you can come upon a dock with little boats waiting to be shipped to the sea,with their nets ready to be thrown so they can catch some fish to sell to us. In the water there were crabs,fishes that you can see that came near the dock at night. In the morning,while you walk near the dock you can sometimes see jellyfishes passing by. Big and red,but still their unique and beautiful,even if they can harm. But still,can you blame them for harming? We're on their territory... The beauty of Thassos can't even fit into this tiny post on the blog! When your coming near Thassos with the ferry,you can smell olives! Olives in the air,that was fantastic. Even if Greece it self is known for making products out of olives,I've never smelled it in the air like this time. While walking,there were a lot of bees being busy going from flower to flower trying to collect as many nectar as they can to transform it to the best honey i've ever tasted! There's a lot to say about my journey to this wonderful place away from the crowd and noise of big cities,this island called Thassos. I really think everyone that has an opportunity should go visit Thassos,any place on the island,they would then know what I'm talking about ☺️ Till my next post,stay tuned 👋🏻
